Fidescorp Ventures is an Alternative Investment Fund for Limited Number of Persons (“AIFLNP”), regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license no. LPAIF76/2014. It is operating as an umbrella fund, with its first investment compartment named FIDES I DISTRESSED FUND.
Fund Objective and Strategy
FIDES I DISTRESSED FUND aims to invest and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate and private equity investments in Cyprus, taking advantage of the favourable market conditions. Our dedicated team of professionals and associates is able to source distressed assets using strict investment criteria. We will work to turnaround, develop, manage and promote assets acquired and sell them at a profit, targeting annual returns in excess of 8%.
